Chef Curt’s culinary expertise was developed through years of study and apprenticeships with some of Atlanta’s most celebrated chefs. As part of his training at the American Culinary Federation Educational Institution, he served as an apprentice in a four-year certification program at The Ritz Carlton-Buckhead. During this program, Chef Curt was honored to work with Gunter Seeger, famed chef of The Dining Room Restaurant, The Ritz Carlton-Buckhead. His other professional credentials include: Sous Chef at City Grill Restaurant, one of the famed Peasant Corporation restaurants; Executive Sous Chef under Steve Barron at Atlanta Country Club; and Executive Chef at Chef’s Café in Buckhead.
